What are your delivery charges and times?
Flowers
Flower deliveries to UK addresses will be delivered the next working day unless a date is specified in the 'special delivery instructions box'. Similarly flower deliveries to non-UK addresses will be delivered within 2 working days unless specified otherwise. Flower prices include standard delivery. There may be additional charges for overseas deliveries which we will notify you of before processing your order.
Furniture and BBQs
All are delivered free to most UK addresses. Most deliveries are within 14 days or sooner depending on availability.
Gifts
Gift items have standard delivery to most UK addresses (£4.99, within 5 working days) or Express delivery (£7.99, within 2 working days).
Other points
Orders over £50 and gift vouchers all have free standard delivery.
How do I know if my address is included in the standard delivery area?
The delivery section of the Terms and Conditions Page on the website lists excluded postcodes. If your postcode is excluded there may be an additional charge if we can deliver to you. This will be discussed with you before processing your order.
Can I send a gift or flowers straight to the recipient's address?
Yes. The cardholder's address will need to be provided for payment but the goods can be delivered to a different address.
Can I send a message with my gift or flowers?
Yes. The website will give the option to add a personal message to the item you are sending. This will be handwritten onto a gift card with envelope. This is a free service.
Can my item be gift-wrapped?
Many items, although not all, can be gift boxed with a raphia bow. You will be able to see this option when you are purchasing items at the check out. There is a charge of £4.99 for this service.
I have a tight deadline, can it be met?
We often have customers who have a specific event or date that they need items by. If you let us have the details we will get back to you as soon as possible to let you know if we can meet your requirements. Please let us have the best ways to contact you over the next 24 hours. Do we need to take care not to let the cat out of the bag when calling you back?
