Payment is usually taken online via the secure Sage Pay payment system. This uses 128-bit encryption, the strongest commercially available payment protection. However if you prefer you may pay by cheque when an order is sent by post. A cheque made payable to Charlton Park Garden Centre should accompany the order. Floristry deliveries will either be by our own drivers or by the sending florist when the order is processed via eFlorist. For other items the delivery method will vary. Small items will be delivered by Royal Mail but larger items are likely to be delivered by a third party courier.
Your confirmation of order will give you details of the delivery schedule. Regrettably it is not usually possible to give a specific time of day for delivery. Flower deliveries are generally next working day unless specified otherwise. Other items have the option of standard delivery (within 5 working days) or express delivery (within 2 working days). Furniture and BBQs may take longer. The delivery details will be sent with confirmation of order. If you have a specific deadline please call Customer Services who will endeavour to help you.
Please contact Customer Services at your earliest opportunity. You must check the goods when they are delivered. Should any packaging look damaged please ensure the goods are sound and if you are not satisfied refuse delivery of the affected item and sign the delivery/consignment note accordingly. You may return the goods within 7 days of delivery. The return needs to be organised via Customer Services. Please read the relevant Terms and Conditions.
Refunds need to be organised via Customer Services and only in compliance with our Terms and Conditions. All refunds will be processed within 30 days.
